Junction City Blue Jay center fielder Nick Heath has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season at Northwest Louisiana State University.
Heath said a visit to the school in February went well. "I like the school. I like the people. The atmosphere was nice. Everything was perfect.
Heath was a senior on the Blue Jay baseball team that went 11-11 this past season. He hopes to play center field for Northwest Louisiana State.
